PregCalc won't allow new cases after changing HotSync ID


This problem frequently occurs after upgrading to a new handheld or after a severe crash forces you to have to reload all of your programs onto your handheld device.

If you change your HotSync ID (what is that?), the unlock key you initially received when you paid for PregCalc Pro will no longer be valid. The PregCalc program detects this and prevents you from adding new patients or otherwise using the program.

To obtain a valid unlock key, please send the following information:

  • your name
  • email address when you purchased PregCalc Pro
  • approximate date of purchase
  • old HotSync ID
  • new HotSync ID

to our support division by clicking this link. You will receive a new unlock key within 1-2 business days.

Please note
that the license for PregCalc Pro is not transferable and that we cannot honor requests for a new HotSync ID that are clearly intended for users other than the purchaser.
