The StatTracker installer you ran after you first downloaded
the program installed a conduit onto your desktop Mac. A conduit
is a plug-in for the Palm Desktop software that is run every
time you HotSync. With each press of the HotSync button, your
StatTracker data is automatically converted into a comma-separated
value (.CSV) file that can be imported into any database program
such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, or FileMaker Pro.
To find the .CSV file produced by the conduit, look in the
Palm folder on your desktop computer. There you will find
a file called "ObGynData.CSV" in the folder with
your HotSync ID (usually your name) within the folder called
"Users." Click on the screenshot at right to see
the typical path to the file. The file "ObGynData.bak"
is from the previous HotSync to the one you just performed
and is included as a second copy of your database.
