If
you previously registered Anestats and paid for an unlock
key, you can upgrade to Anesthesia StatTracker for free.
However you will need a new unlock key because your old
one will not work with Anesthesia StatTracker. To obtain
a new key send
email to our support division with the following information:
- Name
- Original
unlock key, if available
- HotSync
ID
You
will receive a new unlock key within 24 hours of sending
your complete information. It is critical that you enter
your HotSync ID correctly as the new unlock key is custom
generated from your HotSync ID. Your HotSync ID is NOT the
serial number of your device. If you are not sure what your
HotSync ID is or how to determine it, please look at this
page to see two ways to view your HotSync ID.
